Each piece from Turne is produced in small, intentional batches to ensure quality, reduce waste, and support sustainable practices. Because of our limited-run models, our return policy is designed to protect both the integrity of our garments and the future of our small business.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. This window allows us to process returns efficiently and restock responsibly. "Unworn" means tried on indoors, free of makeup, deodorant, scent, or signs of wear.

 As a small brand with limited inventory, timely returns help us preserve the value of each piece and keep our operations sustainable. We appreciate your understanding and mindfulness when making a return.

Final Sale Items
Some limited-run or discounted items may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These will be clearly noted in the product description.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@turnedress.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 5 business days with instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds & Store Credit
 Once your return is received and confirmed to be in original condition, we’ll issue a exchange, refund to your original form of payment or provide store credit—your choice. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
